Here’s what you can expect from the NWI programme.
Through our work experience and development programme, we offer you the perfect start to your career and targeted preparation for a career at ZÜBLIN – with long-term prospects. You’ll gain experience across various business areas and roles, be part of exciting projects and acquire specialist knowledge as well as cross-functional skills through ‘on-the-job learning’. On top of that, you’ll build valuable contacts for your network at ZÜBLIN. In addition to your practical training in the back-office departments, an exciting assignment awaits you at one of our numerous construction sites – either in Germany or abroad. Here, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, working side by side with site managers and project managers.
We want to help you progress – personally, professionally and in terms of methodology: with the support of experienced specialists and managers, as well as through selected further training programmes, you’ll not only hone your specialist knowledge but also further develop your IT and methodological skills. This means that, upon completing the NWI programme, you’ll be ideally prepared to get off to a flying start in a permanent role at ZÜBLIN.
You can tick that off: your qualifications.
- You’ve already completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related subject.
- Ideally, you’ll already have had a taste of the construction industry, for example through work placements.
- Your enthusiasm for challenging construction projects is evident; yet you always remain focused and act responsibly.
- You feel at home on a building site and as part of a team, are committed to your work
and excel in your communication skills.
