Our personalised work experience and development programme offers you the perfect start to your career. You decide which direction you want to take: together with your mentor, you’ll draw up your own personalised work plan tailored to your desired target role. As well as fixed stages, such as a placement on a building site and a three-month stay abroad, our trainee programme also offers scope for your own personal ideas. Regular feedback sessions and personalised training programmes will help you develop personally, professionally and in terms of your working methods, whilst supporting you in finding your career path.

This is how the trainee programme works.
During your 11- to 15-month trainee programme, you’ll rotate through various organisational units and gain a wide range of insights into the Group’s areas of responsibility and business sectors. You can look forward to interesting and challenging projects in which you’ll be able to play an active role and contribute your ideas. Once you’ve completed the trainee programme, you’ll be well equipped to meet the demands of working life. And the best bit? With a permanent contract, you can start your career at ZÜBLIN straight away!
