What you’ll need:
- Successful completion of a vocational-technical apprenticeship and/or further training to become a certified foreman, master craftsman or technician
- Confident use of digital tools and devices (PC/tablet), e.g. for recording entries in the site diary
- Assertiveness, leadership skills and team spirit (a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude)
- Class B driving licence
- Spatial flexibility

Junior Foreman Programme
Have you completed a trade or vocational apprenticeship and are you currently working as a foreman or site supervisor?
Then kick-start your career with us as a trainee site supervisor.
From day one, an experienced site foreman or forewoman will act as your mentor, ensuring smooth coordination and providing you with support whilst you familiarise yourself with the full range of a site foreman’s responsibilities.
As part of our programme, you’ll rotate through various roles, gain comprehensive insights into our building sites and build up the specialist expertise you need for your next career step through internal and external training courses.
For experienced professionals
Your building site: Every building site is different and has its own character. Here at ZÜBLIN, we carry out a wide range of construction projects of all types and sizes. Together with you, we’ll find the right project to kick-start your career. A mentor will always be on hand to support you.
Tailored to you: No matter which areas are still new to you – we’ll tackle them head-on and work with you to plan your structured induction as a foreman or forewoman at ZÜBLIN.
